We went to a church meeting this evening to commission a new schools worker and to recommission our friend after her maternity leave. It was so encouraging to hear two school heads explain the benefits they see from having the workers with them, and to see the enthusiasm of our current youth.
I know from my own story that this kind of work really does change lives and I'm glad that it's still happening and welcomed.
